We’ve created a slide show to show you how our integrate email marketing tool works within our out of school booking system. It uses information collected during the registration process, as well as booking data so that you can target emails to parents, whose children attend or attended a specific setting or booked an activity (there are many more options, but these are two real world situations where clubs might need to contact parents).
The integrated email marketing platform also uses our data protection module to ensure that you only send marketing emails once consent has been provided. Generally clubs don’t need to get consent for emails associated with the delivery of childcare as this doesn’t need consent under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), but we’ve ensured clubs have the tools to comply with these regulations.
