Our simple, user-friendly childcare mobile app is designed with busy parents in mind, giving them the freedom to book childcare 24/7, whenever it suits them.
From the app, parents can manage their entire childcare account in one place , make bookings, complete payments, add funds, review statements, add notes to registers, and receive important notifications instantly.
Parents can access the childcare mobile app across multiple devices, including Apple and Android. Each device can receive push notifications, ensuring they never miss an update. Schools and clubs can send instant messages directly to all registered devices, whether it’s a general announcement, booking confirmation, or a real-time alert when a child is signed in or out.
As bookings come in, the system automatically handles the administration. Registers are generated instantly, detailed reports are produced, and payments are managed seamlessly, helping childcare providers reduce admin time significantly.
Parents can also add notes to individual bookings within the booking summary. These notes are clearly displayed on daily registers, ensuring staff are always informed. For added convenience, notes can be copied across multiple bookings, saving time and improving communication.
