We have published a walk through for parents, on how to register via The Childcare on-line Booking (CoB) system and make their first childcare booking.
The walk through is the first of a number, we have planned and is designed to provide a visual guide to using the booking system. We will be creating walk throughs for:
- Setting up a setting from scratch.
- A guide allowing parents to pay on account.
- A guide to setting up contracts.
- A guide to setting up courses and using blaock bookings.
Whilst this is not an exhaustive list, we will add more, based on user feedback.
We have already had some very positive feedback from one multi site club that said “it is worth its weigh in gold!”
