Although our software was original developed for after school clubs and breakfast clubs it has been used as nursery software by many private nursery providers throughout the UK. If the functionality didn’t exist we simply added it.
The nursery software is a simple process, a parent books their child on to a session or a block, this can be an ad-hoc or contract booking. Bookings are generally made on a mobile phone as the software works just like an App and paid for using any of the custom payment types you can setup. A booking invoice / confirmation is automatically sent. Their child is then automatically added to the register and electronic sign-in sheet. Any changes made to the child’s record before a session are flagged on the report.
The software contains over 20 reports to help you finance, outstanding payments, historical sign-in information and weekly attendance. All reports and any data table can be exported in to CSV format, which can then be imported in to Microsoft Excel for example.
If you want to promote a session you can use the Mail Merge software feature, a fully customisable email can be created and scheduled from the admin dashboard. There is also a built in news reel to help you keep parents up to date.
